   Yeah, it’s much better as a tv series. Um… maybe it’s because of the actors? I prefer Jack O’Neill when he’s played by Richard Dean Anderson than when he’s played by god knows who…

   It’s made up, and Retconned to being the Abydos Star System, not a seperate Galaxy

   How far Abydos is away from Earth is unknown

    They need a complete remake of this film, start from complete scratch, I would go to the 12:00 premier, in I-max. If you like stargate, buy a game called “garry’s-mod” It is a third party mod for half-life 2, They are working on a new project, It is a complete stargate simulation, there is already 3 versions, “stargate Legacy, Stargatemod v1.4, NEW STARGATEMOD V1.5!!!”

    I like the actor and story line but the ships, gravity even the alians made no sence, some were white?
    they should of adapted to their environment, thats one more think why did they switch actors?

    I watched the original movie in 94, I guess the studio can’t afford to keep actors like Kurt Russell long for a TV series.
